Cash, money orders, or cashier's checks are accepted; no personal checks. Debit & credit cards require an additional transaction fee.

Application for a copy of Marriage License

Accessing Marriage Certificates

Any person may obtain a copy of a marriage certificate. Social Security Numbers WILL BE REMOVED as applicable, in accordance with Public Act 97-7. The charge is $20.00 for a marriage or death certificate, and all copies will be certified with a raised seal. If you are one of the parties listed on the marriage certificate, please provide identification such as a driver’s license or state-issued ID.
