The Waterbury BRASS office is located in the Waterbury Senior Center. BRASS is the central hub of information on services, programs, and benefits for Waterbury residents ages 60 and over. The office provides information and benefits access for seniors and coordinates a system of social and wellness programs. The BRASS Program Coordinator collaborates with staff at each BRASS location to offer programs focusing on health, fitness, recreation, lifelong learning, technology, culture and socializing. The Information and Benefits Specialist will meet one-on-one with clients to do a benefits checkup or help fill out applications, as well as find programs that that can help pay for medications, health care, food, utilities, and more. If you are planning to attend, please call to confirm, as cancellations may occur.
BRASS is reaching out to Waterbury’s merchants to provide a Senior Citizen Discount program. Your participation is voluntary and each merchant decides upon the amount of discount and any additional conditions.
