Human Rights Commission

§31.004. In accordance with the provisions of §6D-1 of the Charter of the City, there shall be a Human Rights Commission which shall consist of nine (9)members, no more than five (5) of whom shall be members of the same political party. One (1) member shall be a member of the Board of Aldermen for a term corresponding to said member’s immediate term as an Alderman. Successors shall be appointed for a term of four (4) years.

The Commission shall meet on the First Wednesday of the month at 6:30 p.m.
