The City of Waterbury Office of Community
Development has completed the CD Year 42 2016-2017 Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) for the Community
Development Block Program, the HOME Investment Partnerships Program and the
Emergency Solutions Grant Program. The CAPER details the expenditure of
$2,528,973 from these programs for a wide variety of activities and projects
that benefit the low and moderate-income residents of Waterbury.
Copies are available for public review at the City
Clerk’s Office, 235 Grand Street and the Silas Bronson Library, 267 Grand
Street, Waterbury.
The CAPER was submitted to the U.S. Department of
Housing and Urban Development (HUD) on December 8, 2017. The CAPER may be
