Connecticut Housing Investment Fund (CHIF): Home improvement and energy conservation loans (www.chif.org, 1-800-992-3665)

 

Connecticut Housing Finance Authority (CHFA): Finance the purchase or the refinance of a home in need of repair. ( www.chfa.org, 860-721-9501)

 

2-1-1 Hotline/ 211ct.org: Home improvement program and funding information, loan referrals
