DEEP MS4 GENERAL PERMIT 2025 ANNUAL REPORT

Notice is hereby given that the City of Waterbury, under its Connecticut Department of Energy and Environmental Protection (DEEP) General Permit No. GSM000094 for the Discharge of Stormwater from Small Municipal Separate Storm Sewer Systems (MS4), has the Draft 2025 Annual Report available for review and comment by the General Public.  The report describes City of Waterbury activities during 2024 along with future activities to comply with the MS4 General Permit. 

The Draft 2025 Annual Report is available on the City s website, linked from the City Engineer Department (www.waterburyct.org/services/public-works/engineering) and will remain available for public comment for at least thirty days.
