Citywide Water Service Restoration
Citywide water service has now been restored. Residents who do not currently

City is actively addressing. Residents in need of assistance should call 311,
(203) 597-3444, or message the Mayor s Office on the City s official social

Boil Water Advisory and Water Quality
Testing
The City of Waterbury remains under a boil water advisory. Water samples were
collected and sent to the State Public Health Laboratory this morning. Results
are expected Thursday morning. The boil water advisory will remain in effect
until testing confirms the water is free of bacteria and safe for consumption.
Drinking Water Distribution
Bottled water is available today at Municipal Stadium, 1200 Watertown Avenue,
starting at 9:00 a.m. and continuing until supplies are depleted. The Crosby
High School distribution site is no longer in operation.
Home deliveries continue for residents who
are elderly, infirm, or housebound. These deliveries are supported by United
Way volunteers and local nonprofit partners in coordination with the City.
Residents needing assistance are encouraged to contact 311 or (203) 597-3444.
Schools Update
Waterbury Public Schools are closed today and are expected to reopen tomorrow.

residents and families across our city, said Mayor Pernerewski. Our teams are
continuing to respond quickly to remaining issues while ensuring the safety of
our water supply remains our top priority. We thank everyone for their patience
