Commercial Rental Real Property Owners Required to File Income and Expense Reports

WATERBURY, CT-
WATERBURY, CT- Under Connecticut State Law CGS, Sec 12-63c owners of COMMERCIAL RENTAL REAL PROPERTY are required to annually file Income and Expense Reports.
The information filed and furnished with these reports will remain confidential and is not open to public inspection. This information is not subject to the provisions of Section 1-19 (Freedom of Information).
Forms are available on the City’s web site www.waterburyct.org on the Assessor’s Office webpage under forms and documents or in the Assessor’s Office.
If the completed forms are not filed in the Assessor’s Office on or before June 1, 2023 there will be a 10% penalty applied to the assessment of the property.
An owner may apply for an extension of not more than 30 days. This request must be filed no later than May 1, 2023.
