DEEP MS4 GENERAL PERMIT – 2021 ANNUAL REPORT

Notice is hereby given that the City of Waterbury, under its General Permit No. GSM000094 for the Discharge of Storm water from Small Municipal Separate Storm Sewer Systems (MS4), will have a Draft 2021 Annual Report available for review and comment by the General Public.  The report describes Town activities during 2021 along with future activities to comply with the MS4 General Permit. 

The Draft 2021 Annual Report is available on the City’s website, linked from the City Engineer Department (www.waterburyct.org/services/public-works/engineering) starting  April 5, 2022 and will remain available for public comment for at least thirty days.
