Tonight’s tax auction will be for the sole purpose of auctioning off the property located at 2620 South Main Street. The other three residential properties that were to be auctioned off tonight have been adjourned to the auction to be held on Thursday, January 24, 2019. No bids will be accepted for any of these properties at tonight’s auction.
The tax auction scheduled for tonight will be held in the Veterans Memorial Hall starting with bidder registration at 5:00pm with the auction starting promptly at 6:00pm
2620 SOUTH MAIN STREET PROPERTY – AVAILABLE AT REDUCED MINIMUM BID OF $175,000. Bidders will be required to present a bank or certified check, or cash in the amount of $3,000 to register to bid; winning bid must be able to pay the full bid amount within 10 days. Registrants must present a photo ID night of auction to register.
