The City of Waterbury Public
Works Department is joining hundreds of Public Works Departments from across
New England to collect food and household goods to support our local community
food bank needs. Our Fill-A-Public Works Truck Food Drive will be occurring
during National Public Works Week, from May 20-26, 2018 and will support local
City food banks. Help us help our neighbors and friends.
Our nonperishable food items
being collected will take place on Wednesday, May 23rd in front of
City Hall, 235 Grand Street between the hours of 10:00 - 2:00. A second
collection will take place on Saturday, May 26th at Stop & Shop
located at 410 Reidville Drive between the hours of 10:00 - 2:00.
