Goodwill offers Customer Service and Sales Training Program

 Goodwill of Western and Northern Connecticut is offering a Customer Service and Sales Training Program for young adults in the 18- to 24-year-old range. This session will provide retail training that will enable those who complete the program to apply for and land jobs in the retail industry. Students will be given the opportunity during their training to work in a Goodwill retail store to earn a paycheck and gain real world experience. The Northwest Regional Workforce Investment Board provided the funding for this program. Applications are available at the Goodwill Store at 943 Wolcott Street, Waterbury.
