CD Year 42 2016-2017 Annual Action Plan

The 2016-2017 Annual Action Plan outlines the planned activities that will be supported with CDBG, ESG, and HOME funding. Hard copies of the document are available for the public to review at the Office of the City Clerk; the Silas Bronson Library and the WDC Offices. It may also be viewed online at the link below.

 The Waterbury Development Corporation (WDC) is the administering agent for the City of Waterbury's entitlement grant under the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program, a federally funded program of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
