6/22/2015 - Street sweeping schedule for week of June 22

The City’s residential street sweeping program will continue for approximately the next three weeks depending on weather conditions.

Property owners are asked to begin sweeping their sidewalks into the immediate gutter line, removing any debris, litter and leaves. Sand should not be swept into large piles.



Crews will continue working in District 2-3 which includes Bunker Hill Ave Oakville Ave area west to Pinecrest and Woodcrest area and from the Oakville/Watertown lines south to Aurora St..



Crews will be working in District 5-2. This area is from North Main St west to Cooke St. and from Grove St north to Fairfax St.


The Public Works Department will post signs in the districts prior to scheduled sweeping. Every effort should be made to remove parked vehicles from the scheduled routes prior to the arrival of the sweepers. Vehicles not removed during the sweeping operation may be towed at the owner’s expense.
