Waterbury has opted into a state-wide program called Commercial and Industrial Property Assessed Clean Energy (C-PACE), which allows property owners to access upfront funding for all energy improvement costs.

The City of Waterbury is hosting informational breakfast on Monday, Sept. 15, 2014 at the Courtyard by Marriott, 63 Grand St.  The event is open to Waterbury commercial and industrial property owners, mortgage holders, investors, and developers of multi-family (defined as 5 or more dwelling units) properties, non-profits and clean energy contractors. Continental breakfast will be served at 8:30 a.m., followed by the meeting from 9 a.m. until 10:30 a.m. Please RSVP by September 8 as there is limited seating.
