NOTICE OF MEETING

 BOARD OF ASSESSMENT APPEALS

 

Notice is hereby given that the Board of Assessment

Appeals of the City of Waterbury, will meet for the

transaction of such business as shall be legally brought

before it.

The purpose of the meeting is to hear appeals on Real

Estate and Personal Property assessments from the

2013 Grand List, and for Motor Vehicles on the 2012

Grand List supplement.

All appeals must be made in writing in accordance with CGS 12-111.

 

Forms will be available online on the Assessor's Office web page or in the

Assessor’s office February 1st February 20th, 2014.

 

The first two hearing dates are scheduled for March 4th and March 5th

 

of 2014 between the hours of 5:00 p.m. 8:30 p.m. They will be held

in the Assessor’s Office, City Hall Building, 235 Grand Street,

 

Courtyard Level, Waterbury, CT 06702.

We will be meeting September 09, 2014 to hear appeals on your

2013 Grand List Motor Vehicles. Applications for these appeals will

be available in August of this year at the locations listed above.
