Waterbury's Memorial Day Parade kicks off at 1 p.m. Sunday from Freight Street. From Freight, it goes up Grand Street past Library Park, City Hall and the U.S. Post Office, turns down Bank Street and goes to the Green, where a ceremony will be held.
