What To Do If You Think You Are Sick:


Call your doctor:  If you think you have been exposed to COVID-19 and develop a fever and symptoms of respiratory illness, such as cough or difficulty breathing, call your healthcare provider immediately. If you do not have a medical provider and plan on an Emergency Room visit please call your destination facility BEFORE you go. If you are using ambulance for transport tell the 911 or EMS operator that you have symptoms so first responders can prepare.

The City of Waterbury has an info line for people who may have general questions related to coronavirus (COVID19): Call 3-1-1. The 3-1-1 hotline is a non-emergency telephone number that Waterbury residents can dial for information regarding municipal services to the City of Waterbury.

The State of Connecticut has launched an info line for people who may have general questions related to coronavirus (COVID19): Call 2-1-1. The 2-1-1 hotline is intended for general questions. Or text the word "COVID19" to 898211.
