Zoning Board of Appeals

§31.230: In accordance with the provisions of § 6D-1 of the Charter of the City there shall be a Zoning Board of Appeals. The Zoning Board of Appeals shall consist of five (5) members, no more than three (3) of whom shall be of the same political party, and three (3) alternative members, none of whom shall be members of the same political party. Successors shall be appointed for a term of four (4) years.

The Board shall meet on the Third Wednesday of the month at 6:25 p.m.
