City residents are allowed four free dumps of yard waste at the Mark Lane Transfer Facility. No household garbage (municipal solid waste) is allowed. Yard waste is also collected by the Refuse Department. Grass clippings and leaves must be in bio-degradable paper bags. Brush must be cut and tied - no more than four inches in diameter and no longer than four feet in length.
