SUBJECT: Traffic Pattern Changes
On Sunday September 9, 2007 the Traffic Division will be changing the direction of Cole Street to its original operation allowing vehicle to travel one-way northwest toward South Elm Street. The change requires the modification to the traffic signals on South Elm Street to allow westbound movement including signage and pavement markings. The section of Scovill Street between South Elm Street and Cole Street will remain one-way eastbound to service the temporary entrance to Saint Mary’s Hospital.
The changes are expected to be in place Sunday; the time for change will depend on the weather.
