The City of Waterbury is inviting business owners to a breakfast forum on Wednesday, October 29 that will offer energy-saving tips and access to funding for projects aimed at improving energy efficiency.
The statewide program, called Commercial and Industrial Property Assessed Clean Energy (CPACE), allows property owners to access upfront funding for energy improvements.
The City of Waterbury is hosting the informational breakfast at the Courtyard by Marriott, 63 Grand St. A continental breakfast will be served at 8:30 a.m., followed by a forum from 9 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.
The event is open to all Waterbury property owners, mortgage holders, investors, and developers of multifamily properties, non-profits and clean-energy contractors. Attendees are asked to RSVP. For information, visit www.waterburyct.org/cpace or www.cpace.com
