The Office of the Mayor has compiled a list of substantially all industrial properties available for sale or lease in Waterbury. This significant new tool features a comprehensive mapping system to provide potential site selectors with more in-depth information on those properties.  A user can simply click an area on the map and view the property listings for that specific area.  The names of the agent/broker, along with their telephone number, are posted with the list.  The Mayor’s Office will update the webpage, as appropriate, every three weeks to reflect needed changes.  Any brokers with industrial property listings only should contact Joe McGrath at 203-574-6712 or jmcgrath@waterburyct.org.
