One of the top priorities of my administration has been to re-engineer City government to ensure we are responsive to the needs of residents and businesses of Waterbury. Now, we are utilizing the Internet as we continue to provide the best possible services to the community we serve.

The Citizen's Service Center allows individuals to provide comments, complaints, and suggestions related to City departments and services.
